Story on this is that a retired woman and her husband bought this to travel around during retirement and shortly after he passed away and she went basically no where. She said she would walk 5 feet out of her house and spend the weekend in it right where it set! Here is a 1996 home that mechanically is barely broke in! Of course sold as is, but I would think this home would run down the road right beside the new ones most likely for as many miles! I bought this to work on a repossesed gutted home several miles from my house, and my 91 year old mother goes right along with me! So has sat either at the womans house or at my project. I have only driven it home and put maybe an additional 150 miles on it picking up propane for heating and cooking purposes since I've owned it. Just started a new job and will not get significant time off for at least 2 years, so will sell this. Home has a couple of drawbacks-tires checked from setting-although I drove over 200 miles getting it here. Woman was not a very good truck driver and scraped one side on a fence post-easy fix for a fiberglass body man (you may not even fix this). Wheels are chrome. Put on a new set of tires and this one should run coast to coast several times. Would work perfect as a mobile office/living quarters for business (as was my purpose) or for someone with a need to travel in comfort in search of work or pursuing a mobile job. Or just plain recreational.Home is now priced well below book.Thanks for looking!
