I have owned this RV for 6 years, I am the third owner. I used this for one trip a year, (about 1200 miles a year). Other that that is was parked in a RV park 200 miles away and used on occasion for weekend overnighters. I purchased this coach at about 36,000 miles for $24,000. This original purchase price was close to $90, 000.00. This is a used RV that shows aging on the outside,(faded stripes) and average wear on the inside but overall a nice coach and a good ride. There are only two known issues, a crack on the passenger side windshield ,(that does not affect vision or operation. The dash air does not blow very cold, (the two AC units in the coach work well.

This 34.5' Class A coach has a living area slide-out, Hydraulic Jacks with auto level control, driver side door, power windows, electric side mirrors, two (fantastic) automatic fans for coach venting in or out and temperature control, high powered generator (recently factory serviced) that runs well, remote starter on dash. The Kitchen has hardwood floors, and all appliances work well, automatic (ac or LP) fridge, microwave, 4 burner gas stove, oven. There are oak cabinets throughout all in good shape. Plenty of storage inside and out. Automatic switch from water storage (with pump) to outside supply. LED indicators for water storage, grey and black water levels. Bath and shower combo with hand held shower head. Pantry, wardrobe, walk around queen bed. A NEW VIZIO 22" (digital ready) HDTV and a VCR/DVD/CD combo player, a new CD/am-FM radio in dash with 6 speakers throughout the coach. 2-Air conditioners work well. All tires (including spare) have plenty of tread. Rear Vision camera system with night vision control. Dining table with a bench and two chairs (4 seats). light brown room darkening blinds throughout coach. Tow hitch, Large outside awing, electric power step, Gear Vendor Over/Under drive unit. 2 RV batteries replaced about 20 months ago and seam to be in good shape. 1 new coach battery and alternator recently installed, (Feb 09') The oil has been recently changed and engine tuned up and is "road ready". The Chevy 454 engine had no trouble passing smog in California. the small swivel chair in the living area shows wear on one side, other than that all upholstery is in good shape (light brown). I have records of all service done and most manuals for all equipment installed.
