Everything works, it is ready to go camping or to live in full time. This fifth wheel has three large electric slide outs, one large twenty four foot awning on the curb side of the rig, all of the cabinets in this trailer are made of beautiful oak. It has hardwood floors in the kitchen, vinyl in the bathroom and bathroom area and carpet in the living room, dining area and bedroom. This trailer has two comfortable swivel/rocker recliners made by Flex steel with a limited lifetime warranty, a sofa with a fold out bed and a free standing dinette made of oak. The furniture is in very good condition. The trailer has a centralized stereo system with a multi-CD player, a full size twenty seven inch color TV and is ready for you to hook up your DVD and/or satellite dish. It has a four burner stove and oven that has been used less than three hours. It has a double porcelain sink that is in very good condition. It also has a separate water filtration system for fresh water no matter where you go. This trailer has all kinds of lighting, it has numerous overhead lighting, spot lighting for reading and indirect lighting. It also has day/night shades for your comfort. This trailer has a wonderful ungraded eight cubic foot two door refrigerator/freezer that works great. It also has a cold fifteen thousand BTU centralized air conditioning and nice warm centralized heat. In the bedroom it also has a thirteen thousand five hundred BTU separate roof air conditioning. This trailer also has two roof vents with rain sensors. It also has a gas/electric water heater. As you can see this trailer has a large separate toilet area with storage and a glass enclosed walk in shower with a skylight. The Bedroom has a queen size bed with lots of storage underneath, a large eight foot wide closet with mirrored wardrobe doors. There is also a nice thirteen inch color TV in the bedroom ready to hook up your DVD or satellite dish or both. This trailer has phone and cable/satellite jacks on the outside of the trailer. The trailer is ready for a washer and dryer (see pictures). It also has a thirty five hundred watt Generac generator that you can start from either inside the trailer (say if it's raining) or from outside. The generator has insanely low hours (thirty six hours)as noted by the pictures. For those of you who enjoy the beach or just being in nature this trailer also has an outside shower. The front of this trailer has power leveling jacks and the back has manual crank down jacks. It also has a one piece rubber roof system. This trailer has two seven and one half gallon propane tanks.
There are only three items that I would consider to be a negative, and they are cosmetic. The first and only time I moved this trailer a can of fruit came out of the cabinet and put two small dents in the counter top. The second item is that the strings that hold the two day/night blinds in the bedroom in the upright position have broken. The last item which you can probably see in the pictures is that some of the decals are peeling and faded. To the best of my knowledge everything on the unit works and is in very good condition.
