It has central ducted air & heat, microwave,oak cabinets,stereo,wired for cable & phone, full size awning right side, fantastic fan(ceiling), queen size bed with full storage under,unit was made with an underbelly to help in colder weather & heat is ducted into storage comp., Aluminum wheels, new tires & brakes in 2007, spare tire, roof ladder, aluminum sided with fiberglass cap front & rear. This was built with the Aluminum superstructer frame which makes it a light weight trailer, 7161#.This can be pulled by a 1/2 ton truck.I originally I pulled this with 1/2 Dodge but since have moved up tp a Ford 350 short bed.I have a PULLRITE SUPERHITCH that we could deal on also & the Ford if you need that 99 F350 7.3 diesel.
