Levels test/gauge panel (black, grey, fresh, lp gas, battery condition; has switches for generator, water heater, levels test, generator hour gauge). Dining/Kitchen area has 3 overhead lighting units and a power vent/exhaust fan. HUGE BATHROOM AREA: Bathroom has a sliding wood divider door at bedroom; lavvy door, when open, can be used as a room divider from kitchen. Single sink, lower double door cabinet, switch panel, electrical outlet, hand towel rack, large mirrored medicine cabinet with vanity lights. Large tub/shower combo with interior lighting unit, skylight, 2-chamber soap dispenser, glass shower door enclosure with interior and exterior towel bar. Large double door mirrored wardrobe closet with interior upper shelf and interior lighting unit. Sink/shower area has one overhead lighting unit. Separate enclosed lavvy has toilet, 2-tier towel rack on door interior, towel bar, counter space, lower single door cabinet, electrical outlet, TP holder, magazine rack, large mirror, overhead triple door cabinet with lower lighting unit. Nearby switch panel. Lavvy area has overhead crank vent/electric fan and lighting unit. BEDROOM: Large bed with mattress, padded headboard. Easy engine access below bed. There are 2 night stand units, each one with upper mini mirrored wardrobe cabinet with side-mounted reading lamps, counter space, electrical outlet (one has phone jack and Audiovox stereo), both have 3 lower drawers. Double door cabinet over head of bed with 2 speakers, 2 map/reading lights. Large mirror behind head of bed. Corner tv viewing cabinet unit over head of bed contains Magnavox color television. Nearby switch panel, Coleman Mach control, engine heater switch. Lower cabinet contains fuses. There are 2 windows, both crank style with screens (one serves as an emergency exit), both have fabric blinds and decorative valances. Bedroom has overhead carbon monoxide detector and lighting unit. SUMMARY: This is a very nice coach, clean inside and out with no unpleasant odors of any kind. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Carpet in cockpit, living area, dining area, bathroom, bedroom - all showing only slight wear and currently has plastic runners in place. Linoleum in bathroom appears to be in very good condition, however there is a small blue stain in front of toilet. Wood laminate flooring in kitchen looks good, may show only some minor blemishes. Corian style counter tops in kitchen look very nice, however there are a few minor scratches. Wallpapered walls throughout look good, some may show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes but nothing too noticeable. Oak colored cabinets throughout look very good, open and close properly. Vinyl dash appears to be in good condition, I did notice a small pin-dot puncture. Large 2-piece windshield does have a couple small stone chips on passenger side. All other windows are good. Everything else I checked and/or tested at the time of the ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step, ducted roof air conditioning, water pump, LP leak detectors, range, microwave, refrigerator, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, both televisions, rear view camera and monitor, hydraulic leveling jacks, lights and markers, and generator.
