1991 ( a classic in 3 years ) Model: M-L(FORD) - 33 ˝ ’ Southwind by Fleetwood, class A - Gas
We purchased it from the original owner last year for the purpose of one extended vacation (opposed to renting an RV)
Kept inside and protected from the elements when not in use
Never damaged from accident or otherwise
If you can, imagine an older RV in “like new” condition, in and out, this is very close to it!
Some furnishings still have the original protective plastic coverings that were factory installed when manufactured new.

It has a “Bullet Proof” engine (FORDS BEST) 6.6 (460ci) EFI with RV cam and matched to an equally strong C6/overdrive transmission with RV shift kit and has only 21,600 actual miles on the whole moterhome.
We just finished a 2000 mile trip while towing a small truck with only a flat tire. No other problems. The motor home rode and handled well. We were very pleased. We purchased the rig solely for the one trip (opposed to renting one for upwards of $6,000). The gas mileage was from 7.5 at 75-80 MPH to almost 12 at 50-55 MPH. The fuel injection gave us better gas mileage then our previous rig with a carbureted 460 engine.
It has a walk-a-round queen bed, a convertible sofa and a dinette Gaucho (never slept on).
Also:
Heated outside side view mirrors with remote.
Lots of storage in and out.. The rear queen bed raises up for full under storage. The outside cargo bays run the full width of the rig.
Has a drivers door (typical of high-end motor homes)
The inside shower has a small tub
Has the optional outside shower
Upgraded Refrigerator (2008 model) fully automatic. It switches from shore power to generator to propane automatically, on its own as needed. ALSO, the motorhome does not have to be perfectly level anymore like older models do in order to prevent the refrigerator from burning out and to keep it functioning properly!!!

Only owned by Non-smoker, never had pets stay inside. Extra clean! Original shinny paint. Hardly shows any usage.
Have all owner/operators manuals, instructions, receipts, and the warranty on the New Refrigerator.
It has two roof airs, a dash air, a quiet and very dependable Onan Marquis 7000 generator with only 200 hours on it. BTW, in case you don’t know, these Onan generators are good for 2000-3000 hours.
New belts, hoses, tires, brakes, shocks, batteries, oil change, tune-up, transmission tune-up and fluid/filter change
Note: The new Yokohama tires have 0 miles on them and the warrantee is transferable at no charge
Also: The new top-of-the-line Dometic refrigerator, from Camping World, also is under full warrantee and the is also transferable at no charge
We have all documents, receipts, operators manuals, repair records and instructions on everything
I will consider a car, truck, smaller RV, Harley Davidson motorcycle, off-road toy, tools, machinery, hunting or sporting goods, collectables or ? on a trade for up to 50 percent of my price. I like to barter.
California registered to June next year (2009) (I have the new reg. & 2009 sticker). Just smog checked, inspected and propane leak tested.

BTW, the interest is 100% tax deductible as a second home.
Valued at $22,436 “average” (with all NADA Guide options added including 27 percent for the low miles + fridge, shocks & tires)
In my opinion the mileage factor of $3,286 that was added by NADA is a bit low considering the coach was parked inside in a controlled environment and away from the elements. There is no added allowance for this.
Motorhomes average 8,000 miles per year. That would be 122000 miles average for this year RV.
At: $27500 it’s priced to sell. The price is firm! BYW: As an automobile enthusiast, I find that motor home values tend to level out and increase in value after 20 years.
