It seems like only yesterday when Buddy decided to buy his first motor home dealership in Little Rock, Arkansas. Doors of Buddy Gregg Motor Homes Inc. opened on January 3, 1984 and Buddy and Carole began with eleven employees, three service bays and a wash bay. They devoted themselves to creating a family oriented, service driven dealership with quality products and customer service as the primary focus.
Quickly outgrowing the loved Little Rock dealership, and after extensive research, Buddy selected the site to expand his business. At the junction of two major interstates, and laying in the path of most traveling south, Knoxville was the ideal location for the new Buddy Gregg Motor Homes. After 15 months of preparation, the move to Knoxville came in 1986. With the continued growth, the Lewisville, Texas location was opened in 1994.
The service department in Lewisville was enlarged during 1995-1996 and Knoxville received a complete renovation in 2003-2004. As Buddy says, “all of our expansions over the years have been designed to provide our customers with the highest level of service available in the RV industry. We are constantly looking for new and better ways of servicing our customers everyday, in all areas of business.”
Today, with 119 employees at our locations Buddy Gregg still adheres to the same philosophy as when he started in Arkansas: to dedicate each day to customer service.
