It’s always fun to see how the other half lives. Forbes Luxe 11 on The Travel Channel gives us mere mortals a glimpse of life among the rich and famous. Featuring private sanctuaries of the mega-rich, multi-million dollar yachts and lavish penthouse suites, the show is a window into the exclusive and extravagant life of the world’s high rollers. A recent episode on first class travel highlighted a swanky private jet, the iconic Orient Express, a magnificent yacht and an ultra-deluxe ride in the Zeppelin blimp. But the mode of transportation that garnered the top spot as most luxurious ride? An RV!

Of course, this wasn’t just any RV. Forbe’s most incredible way to travel was a lavishly appointed Marathon Coach. A penthouse on wheels, this opulent RV customizes a bus chassis in every way imaginable. The model featured on the show took 10,000 hours to create! This baby had every convenience imaginable from a Sub Zero fridge, convection oven and full-sized dishwasher to a huge flat screen TV installed in the outer wall for outdoor viewing. The hammered gold bathroom sinks may have been overkill, but the Jacuzzi tub looked inviting.
