We're selling our 1994 Toyota Winnebago Itasca Spirit with Factory Generator and Solar Package. Please read our Ad in it's entirety! This was the Last year Toyota made these wonderful RV's. I spoke with a Winnebago representative once and he said that they only made a few dozen of the 1994's before the economy went south, which led to discontinuing them. It's quite the shame as these 94's were, and still are the best motorhomes on the road today. And if you can find a '94 like ours with low miles, 61,435, then you'll be in good shape for the next 20 years! Did you know that these were a Consumer's Digest Best Buy? Read more about it in the Brochure Link below.
She's a very nice RV and 100% ready for her next adventures, with only 61,435 ORIGINAL MILES! We are NON-Smokers and she's been well taken care of...very NICE Condition with lots of upgrades, including a SOLAR Powered System (charge or run your iPad, Cell phone, Laptop, and many other appliances and watch TV without running the Generator) and a recently serviced Factory Installed Generator (with only 65 Original Operating hours) for complete off the grid living and/or traveling.
Here's a link to the 1994 Toyota Winnebago Itasca Spirit Brochure:
She's just under 22 feet long and she's in Excellent Condition for her age! She has a New 24" SAMSUNG low amp HD 1080p LED TV/Monitor. Watch NETFLIX on the Samsung TV "Off Grid" on Solar Power. Use your unlimited cell data plan on hotspot mode. You can also catch Free WiFi in lots of places today, including parking outside a Starbucks and Walmarts! The TV also doubles as a really Nice and BIG Monitor for your iPad or Laptop or phone with HDMI ports. The TV is mounted on a 6-way articulating arm.
There's also a USB SOLAR Charging/Running Station just for your electronics! Everything runs off Solar!! With the exception of the AC and Microwave. She also has a rooftop AC to plug into shore power or run on Generator power on those 110 degree days. No reason to waste your money on costly fuel all the time with your Factory Installed generator because the solar system does a lot of it for ZERO cost! Forget about RV parks, we did!!! You don't need them!!! Did you know a space in a RV Park runs $50/night and up these days!! That's absolutely Crazy! When we first started camping, we paid $10/night. You can still find State Parks in some states for a lot less. We camped in NM early this year and their State Parks are in really nice condition, and we only paid $15/night!! Get the RVPARKY app...you'll love it, for places to park overnight for FREE!
She does about 16 to 18 MPG. Our floor plan has the full sized SOFA bed plus the dinette, not the shorter model. She has the smooth and powerful V6 engine, with a really nice Factory Cruise Control, with Overdrive, and an Electronic Control Transmission (ECT) switch for steep hill climbs (keeps the Transmission from kicking in and out of lower/higher gears). She has a NEW High Quality Engine Battery, and a separate coach battery rated 110 amp hours, which stores LOTS of solar power for nighttime use.
She's meticulously clean and shows Pride of Ownership, well maintained throughout the years. All Original...no strange modifications. Upholstery is in Excellent condition...no wear, rips, or tears. I had ALL upholstery, including the bed, steamed cleaned as well as the carpeting, ready for her next adventures! The bed has the original mattress/cushions although you can't see them in the photos. But we're also including a 3" foam topper with makes the bed very very comfy!!
She also has 6 New Tires with about 1,000 miles on them. The next owner will have piece of mind when traveling down the road. Being Seniors, we've had our fair share of blowouts so we don't compromise when it comes to safety, and tires. So rest assured! They Cost $950. They're Hankooks, and the ride is just amazing compared to the older ones! She just had an oil change, as well a tune-up, new plugs, wires, water pump, timing belt etc. Just had her Smog and Registration renewal. Of course she passed Smog with flying colors.
She has Smooth Fiberglass siding, not corrugated siding, which means NO LEAKS and EASY cleaning and waxing. We just had it Detailed for the next owner, at a cost of about $400, because I want it to be a nice experience for the new owners! Including the cleaning of all the carpeting. She has a one piece aluminum roof which is the one to have since it NEVER leaks! Winnebago finally got the 1994's leak-proof, since they redesigned the seams, front, back and sides. The previous model years didn't have these upgraded seams!!! It has never leaked since new, and never will! I resealed a lot of areas recently, like windows, and corners, etc. Plus, besides using the butyl tape for installing the Solar Panel, it was professionally double-sealed at the attachment points with lap sealant.
Did I mention that she RUNS ON SOLAR too!!! She also has Solid OAK Hardwood cabinets, not the laminate ones. She has 2 Very cold AC's, one in the cab and one in the coach. Of course she has all the usual stuff, such as a 4-burner stove, 2 way Frig, a microwave, a furnace, toilet, huge closet, separate full-sized shower, separate bathroom with real sliding solid door, propane water heater, a dinette, etc. Sleeps 5-6 with a convertible dinette and fold out Couch.
No work is needed...we've already done it all...she's ready to travel! We have the entire set of books, manuals, receipts...everything!

So, to sum things up, if you've been looking for "The One", this is probably as close as you'll come to it for Toyota's since it's the last and BEST year built. And the Winnebago is far superior to the Dolphin, Odyssey, Sunrader, etc. Just built better! Better bones!! If you're a risk taker and looking for a cheaper "fixer" with high miles, and you know who you are, then PLEASE.... look elsewhere! Thanks for taking the time to read about our little beauty! Due to marketers and scammers, we won't publish our phone number. So if you're REALLY serious, and I really do mean SERIOUS about purchasing our Toyota, send us your Name and Phone number and best time to call you. Or just hit the Buy it Now button, if you're so inclined. Low ballers, tire kickers, and dealers need not bother. Ridiculous emails won't even be replied. We love our "Delete" button! We're Seniors with lots of patience and in no hurry to sell, so there you go! If you don't see the value, then please don't waste our time and we won't waste yours...fair enough?
For out of towners, fly into Long Beach airport and we'll pick you up! Make a holiday out of it since it's the season... the weather in Sunny California is always fabulous!
Let me finish by saying that I've tried my best to be upfront about everything I can think of regarding our RV. We spent a lot of time writing this ad! If you should have any additional questions, please ask them ahead of time by phone, so you'll feel completely confident when hitting the "Buy it Now" button. We've been Ebay members since 1999, so buy with confidence! Please also remember that you're still buying a used RV, so although she's been meticulously well taken care of, understand there are a few nicks and scratches, here and there, that come with a used RV. For example, Stripes are in great shape, and still look great, but they're not new, and a bit worn (see the photos...spouse got a little creative with the watermark) . There's also one blind that has a sticky twister. It also has a small crease in the driver's door, barely noticeable, but it's there. We also put Eternal Bond on top of the Awning, where it connects with the RV, to protect it and from the weather elements and give it a bit more strength at the stress points. Things like that....
Mechanically, she runs perfectly sound today, and that's because she's been mechanically well maintained. I can say without hesitation that she'll drive you across country without any problems whatsoever. But please do understand that she comes As Is, as all used vehicle do these days. I promise you though, once you see her, you'll fall in love with her, as we did! And if you don't, then I'll drive you back to the Airport, and you can be on your way back home! But please do read the description and look at all of our photos and ask your questions by phone so there will be absolutely no misunderstanding whatsoever. And please do make a vacation out of it when you come pick her up!!! So if you're looking for a reliable, clean used RV that runs, looks, and performs as close to new as possible, then we think you found her.
