Inspection, payment and transfer: I have arranged for a nearby auto dealer (authorized/licensed in the Province of Ontario) to act as broker (he has previous
experience with importing/exporting vehicles to US).
I live 30 minutes east of our national capital, Ottawa (YOW airport) and I can pick you up and drive you back to the coach for your inspection.
If the coach is suitable a cash deposit will get you Bill of Sale from broker and paperwork from the license/registration bureau stating that the coach is free of any liens and ready to transfer.
A full transfer of the funds (wire transfer) will get you the ownership and keys and coach.
Different options are available to get coach home, you can drive back or fly back as I am willing to drive the coach part of the way...
I will spend as much time as you want going over the coach but if you feel you need an inspection by a qualified mechanic, there is a Newmar dealer about 2-3 hours away. They might send someone, they charge about $135 per hour...
I already have a CarFax from when purchased.
