2008 Montana Mountaineer 345DBQ (345 DBQ)
Fantastic layout for a family. 4 slides make for a ton of room. Full sized queen bed (not the short RV ones) up front, 4 bunk beds in the back. Table and couch fold down to more beds if required. Sleeps 10 total. Full bath with shower and tub in master with separate toilet room. 1/2 bath in the back.
As of today, could use a bath. Just some dirt, dust, etc. Hasn't been sitting under trees or anything.
Lap seals just redone on roof. Stickers are peeling, except for the front cap (replaced a couple years back).
Outside slide seals (the ones that keep water out when slides are closed) were all just replaced.
Upgraded MOR/ryde pin box dramatically improves ride going down the road. Little to no "chucking" with this in place.
TONS of storage. We took a bunch of tools with, toys for the kids, 2 EU2000i generators, etc. and still had room to spare. Side note - 2 x EU2000i generators will only run 1 AC. Might be able to do both by adding hard start kits, but never got around to trying.
8/10 - Carpet and vinyl floor show some signs of wear and tear, but it is minimal. Small stain on carpet in master. Other than that, excellent condition inside.
All cabinets are in working order.
Doors open/close properly, etc.
Good sized (32"?) TV in main area.
Smaller (20"?) TV in bunk room.
Setup for a combo washer/dryer. Plumbing and electric are there waiting for appliance install.
Dual AC units blow cold and will keep the trailer cool even in the summer in the south.
All 4 tires replaced 3 or so years ago. Lots of tread and no weather checking.
12v board replaced.
All 4 dump valves replaced. I just left the extra valve on the main dump up front as an extra safeguard.
Converter/charger is currently dead. I have been keeping the battery charged with an automotive battery charger. I'll likely have this replaced before sale. Battery, while not new, is still in good enough shape to open all 4 slides without strain and without being hooked up to a charger.
67 gallons of fresh water capacity
4 x 38 gal waste water tanks (2 grey & 2 black)
10 gallon DSI (electric + propane) water heater. Propane portion repaired a couple years back. Works well.
