Well we left Washington heading to Arizona and the fender loss all the screws bend backwards and breaks in half, the a/c cover blows off and breaks. The trim around the door on the outside comes off. Then the refrigerator falls out from the wall. The shower has water coming from under shower pan. The trim on the inside fell down and the insta hot water heater won’t stay hot and the awning bars bent when we went to put it in one night, the sides are coming apart and the roof does not match up with the wall so any load up there will cave it in. It’s a lemon. Not very well built for money you pay. Can’t wait to take to dealer with all the problems.

Where do I begin?! The 364BHL appears nice, but the longer you have it, the more you realize it’s a cheap piece of crap. Problems with ours started on day one of usage, the heater did not work and there were multiple leaking water lines. Simple fix of doing a “master reset” and tightening stuff, but still… Pros: tows decently. Floor plan was decent. Cons: made cheap with little to no quality control.I would have given a zero, but wasn’t an option Example of things that happened with our brand new trailer in the first year; fireplace heater fan quit working, refrigerator would not work with electric (as soon as propane is gone, your S.O.L.), refrigerator coolant line ruptured, screws under linoleum (8 total), pantry shelves collapsed (put together with staples, really?!), all jack fault, grey and black tank level sensors erroneous readings, closet rod mounts busted, drawer slide broke, counter (bathroom sink) not sealed adequately, wardrobe slide would not actuate, chipped wall/wallpaper from manufacturer, both batteries went bad, inadequate hardware installed multiple locations, piss-poor sealing on undercarriage, and water pump will not prime in winterizing-mode… There’s a bunch more that occurred and was discovered, but that gives you pretty good picture of the “quality” I was fortunate enough to deal with. You know why you get a 1-year warranty on the purchase of a new trailer? Because they know they just sold you a piece of guaranteed crap. According to my service guy, the manufacturer expects to pay about 30% of the sale price in warranty work. How the heck are these ass-clowns still in business? Most people don’t spend enough time in their trailers in the first year to experience most of the problems they will face, until their “warranty” is up that is. Do yourself a favor, don’t buy new for one. Don’t spend more than $20K on one of these either. You’re already going to end up spending a small fortune to keep it in operational condition.

The camper is 4 out of 5. Be forewarned that Keystone probably will not stand behind their warranty. I have had an a/C issue and a Water heater issue that Keystone completely blew me off on. they assumed on the water heater that since it had been a while since I had heated water with lp gas that it must be an insect clogging the gas line. the only way to know for sure would be an inspection of water heater. I sent pictures and water heater looked brand new no insects dirt or other items to clog gas line. They do their best to avoid even looking at the problem much less fixing it. I will not purchase any units in the future that are Keystone related. by the way this is my fourth unit. so I have a few years experience with rvs. BEWARE!!

When is Keystone going to start building quality into their RV's? When you pay almost a $100000 for an RV you expect some quality. I have had stupid issues with this. Poor materials and workmanship. Trim falling off because of not being attached. Nails and screws through the floor. Window shades on door breaking because of such poor quality. GFCI blowing all the time because of poor quality. Trailer is very unstable. Only has 4 support jacks but should have had 6 for this big and heavy of a 5th wheel. Warranty work can take months. Can't do that when it is your only living quarters. Living in it full time and repairs are almost needed daily. Look closely before you buy anything from Keystone. This industry really needs a wakeup call.

We love the layout of this RV, but we have had nothing but problems with the slideouts, and leaking over the front door. There have been other minor issues that we have been able to deal with and our warranty covered. But the slideouts apparently aren't covered by our warranty and we have an estimate of $7,500 to repair them. We talked to the makers of the slideout mechanism, and they say that the manufacturers were using hollow slideout rails and were told not to after a certain point. We also found out our walls are separating somehow. We take THE BEST care of our trailer. We park it inside. It is well maintained. There are only 2 of us, no kids, and we aren't heavy people. These things shouldn't be happening. I'm trying to get Keystone to help, but so far they have told us no. I will keep pushing! I would not recommend this model to anyone.

We liked the floor plan. The problem is that the InCommand Control system is junk. It has flickered and worked intermittently since we bought it. The warranty is useless because they will not honor it and will not fix anything while on warranty. The quality control at the factory is dismal. The bottom panel on the outside had to be re inforced or it was about to blow off in the wind. The cabinetry was coming apart around the fridge because the factory people had driven in some long brad nails that did not go into any solid wood in behind. These are all things I had to fix myself . The first time I washed it, I almost cut my hand on a row brad nails that had been driven from the inside out thru the fiberglass wall to the outside. I did make the dealership fix that. The dealership, Fraserway RV in Airdrie Alberta was totally incompetent, leaving me to fix most things on my own.

We live in our house NOT trailer. Take it out for two days. Leaks so bad mattress soaked. Took 2 months to schedule repair then told sorry we don't show you scheduled. Had email confirmation. Found someone closer to fix immediately. Took out for 3 week trip may 2022, issues, issues and more issues. Hubby fixed many, others repaired upon return. Now June 2023 going on 3 week trip. 2nd day extreme water leak and overwhelming sewer smell. Ok bought brand new, used one time 2 days in 2021 major problems then 3 weeks 2022 major problems now starting June 2023 trip with more major problems. The price of this travel trailer should not have this many problems. Keep in mind on concrete slab covered on our property. This travel trailer is well protected from the elements... I MEAN NO HELP FROM MANUFACTURER I EVEN PAID BIG BUCKS FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY. EVERY ASPECT OF OWNING THIS KEYSTONE COUGAR 25RDS HAS SUCKED! Think many times about buying a keystone which is "supposed " to be higher quality with the quality just buy the cheap other brand travel trailer most likely better quality
