2009 Four Winds Majestic 28A C Class RV
$26,999 USD or $34,999 CAD
Are you looking for a clean, well-maintained RV owned by someone who knew how to use it?
Are you tired of looking at junk that is full of problems and strange smells?
Do you want something that starts every time, runs perfectly, and has all of its equipment in working order?
You've come to the right place.
Built on a Ford E-450 chassis, this RV has the powerful, efficient 6.8L V10 and can tow up to 5,000 pounds!
You'll have the ability to sleep 8 people with two full queen beds, a fold-out couch, and a fold down dinette.
You can cook on the 3-burner propane stove or use the combination microwave/convection oven that can bake anything you'll need.
You'll enjoy using real American Standard lifetime guaranteed faucets in both the kitchen and the bathroom, as well as an Oxygenics shower head that makes the shower feel just like home.
In addition to spacious side compartments, you'll have an enormous basement that spans the entire width of the RV and keeps all of your gear out of your way.
You'll have power wherever you go at the flip of a switch with the Onan Microquiet 4,000 watt generator that can easily run the air conditioner and appliances simultaneously.
And the icing on the cake? Everything just works. Whether you turn a know or flip a switch, it just works.
Can I import this to the US?
Yes. I will obtain the letter from Ford for EPA and DOT certification. The only other thing you need is a form that you obtain at Customs and proof of no fault insurance.
Is it still for sale?
Yes. If the ad is up, it is still for sale.
How many km?
Approximately 149,000, which is about 93,000 miles. It is still on the road and I continue to use it at this time, so the mileage will vary a bit.
Is that a lot of mileage?
No. Beware of RVs with low mileage! Low mileage means that the RV has sat. Sitting makes everything rot, puts flat spots on your tires, helps mold grow, etc. The V10 on this RV has hundreds of thousands of miles left in it. These can easily go over 500,000km! It's just getting broken in!
How long have you owned it?
Are you the first owner?
I am the second owner. I purchased it as a former rental.
A rental? Is that like a rental car?
No. The main market for rental RVs is people who come from Europe (usually families) and drive across Canada. They pay large deposits and have no incentive to wreck anything.
What is the condition of the paint?
The paint is in very good shape. There are some small scrapes and nicks in certain places. The areas that had rental stickers on them look a bit like shadows if you are up very close on a sunny day. Do not expect perfection in this price range. A new RV like this is about $120,000. If you want perfect condition, you'll need to pay that much.
What's with the car seat and stuff in it?
I'm still using it, so it isn't unloaded yet.
How old are the tires?
The two front are from 2013. The rears are from 2015.
What have you done to it?
- Iridium spark plugs
- $2,000 in front end and alignment work to have it sit perfectly level and handle like new
